Olaolu is a senior associate with the Firm. He is a member of the Transaction and Business Support Group and also the Dispute Resolution Group. His areas of professional competence and research interests include Banking and Financial Law, Taxation and Corporate and Commercial Law.
Olaolu holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Jos, as well as a Master degree (LLM) in Financial Law from the University of Sussex. He is admitted to practice law in Nigeria as a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court. He has handled and concluded several complex transactions ranging from concessions, project finance for the implementation of the International Vehicle Transit charge on a major border road in Northern Nigeria.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
